It's a deferred-shape array.
5.1.2.5.3 Deferred-shape array
A deferred-shape array is an allocatable array or an array pointer.
5.1.2.5.4 Assumed-size array
An assumed-size array is a dummy argument array whose size is assumed
from that of an associated actual argument.
