[Bug target/42920] gcc does not produce necessary vec_lvrx instructions

No I have fixed a couple of these bugs before, trust me.  I will double check
the PS3 toolchain sources and see what happens in the PS3 toolchain.  Note I am
leaving sony friday so I will make sure that I finish it by Friday :).
