Another testcase without nesting problems, but using invalid code instead:

$ g++-trunk -c -std=c++0x ice-decl_constant_var_p.min.ii
ice-decl_constant_var_p.min.ii:4:1: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of

Please submit a full bug report,
