In gcc/cp/typecheck.c there is this construction:

    error_at (input_location, "too many arguments to %s %q#D",
              called_thing, fndecl);

and an analogous message for too few arguments. Called_thing is a string like
"function" or "constructor". But this string is not available for translation.
 so if this message is translated, the result will be a mix of the target
language and English.

Marking called_thing for translation separately is a bit tricky from a
translation point of view. It often breaks to "build" sentences from words in
source in this way. The rest of the sentence might have different forms
dependent on what called_thing is. That would not be a problem for Swedish in
this particular case, but I would still recommend creating a couple of complete
messages for translation instead of building them from parts.
