Reduced testcase, fails at -O1:

typedef void (*fnt) (void);
extern inline void check3 (void)
{
  bar ();
}
void test (void) 
{
  const fnt pcheck3 = check3;
  pcheck3 ();
}

all details important: extern, the call to bar() and the indirect call in test.
