Flag "-gnati8" doesn't mean "utf-8 identifiers" but "IBM PC letters (code page
850) identifiers", as stated in
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gnat_ugn_unw/Character-Set-Control.html.

Use "-gnatiw -gnatW8" for utf-8 identifiers.
