[Bug bootstrap/41432] [4.5 Regression] Gcc is getting slower and slower

Gcc is configured with

--enable-clocale=gnu --with-system-zlib --enable-shared --with-demangler-in-ld

Linux/x86-64 seems OK. Use

--enable-clocale=gnu --with-system-zlib --enable-checking=assert
--with-demangler-in-ld  --enable-shared --enable-threads=posix --enable-haifa
--prefix=/usr/gcc-4.5 --with-local-prefix=/usr/local

doesn't see significant slowdown on Linux/ia32.
