[Bug bootstrap/41405] [4.5 Regression] Bootstrap fails at revision 151873 on *-apple-darwin9

When bootstrapping r151807 will finish (couple hours from now). I am planning
to bootstrap r151815.
What is the estimated likelihood that the problem is triggered by

        * dwarf2out.c (loc_descriptor): Emit DW_OP_stack_value and
        DW_OP_implicit_value even without dwarf_version 4.
