[Bug bootstrap/41391] gcc fails to compile because of missung fenv.h

sorry, but i can't reproduce this. on another solaris8 system (without fenv.h)
gcc compiled fine -- this time with (initial) gcc-4.4.1 (which was built using
'touch /usr/include/fenv.h')
