[Bug target/18274] Documentation for -mhard-float on arm platforms is incorrect

This is now fixed given that we now have in trunk.

@item -mhard-float
@opindex mhard-float
Equivalent to @option{-mfloat-abi=hard}.

 I believe this was fixed in the 4.4.0 release by this commit
