[Bug c++/41371] New: compiler hang for C++ code

I just tried to compile the Suse Linux package krename-3.9.3-1.33
with the gcc 4.5 mainline snapshot 20090910
and the compiler appeared to hang for over half an hour on
an otherwise idle machine.

Preprocessed C++ source attached. Flags -O2 -g -m64 required.
