[Bug c/41211] New: internal compiler error when using x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc to build sqlite3 alter.c

I built an x86_64-w64-mingw32 cross compiler under x86_64 linux using latest
gcc SVN code, 
then use this cross compiler to build sqlite3

The compile failed with the following message :

E:\code\sqlite3_sep>make
gcc -pipe -Wall -g -O2 -save-temps -c -o alter.o alter.c
