[Bug c/41968] New: int_cst_value: tree check fail

I just tried to compile the Linux kernel linux-2.6.32-rc6
with gcc version 4.5 snapshot 20091105 and the build said

kernel/pid.c:299:11: internal compiler error: tree check: expected integer_cst,
have nop_expr in int_cst_value, at tree.c:9620
