[Bug c/41945] New: [4.5 regression] tree_check failed

While compiling kernel parts, I got an internal compile error. Testfile is
attached.
$ gcc-4.5 -c ch.i -o ch.o

gcc45 is from opensuse/repositories:/home/rguenther/openSUSE_11.1/i586.
The previously available RPM (20091029) did not have this issue.
