David, this issue is closed, nobody will pay further attention to it. And, more
generally, we are not going to change the other overloads of rotate in the
4.5.0 timeframe, is too risky. Thus, please, as already recommended, please
concentrate on the std::swap issue in the other algorithms, and post any
further prospective discussions to libstdc++@. Also, again, as already
recommended, please make sure to do all the tests vs current mainline. A lot
has changes the last years in the compiler too, not just the library. Thanks.
