[Bug inline-asm/40124] Inline asm should support limited control flow

We are investigating if we need to add non-SSE intrinsics into gcc.
If you can show me an example where gcc can't generate similar
code automatically vs inline asm statement, I will look into if
we should add some appropriate intrinsics.
