[Bug other/40010] New: Parallel make issue when building man pages

The gcc manpage is not always created due to a dependency missing for gcc.pod
in gcc/Makefile.in.  invoke.texi depends upon gcc-vers.texi being generated,
but no such dependency is listed.  This was found by

I'm attaching a patch by him which fixes this issue.
