[Bug middle-end/33467] Compilation error while compiling DynCommon.cpp

The bug is in 4.2 but 4.2 is now closed.  I cannot compile the program with 4.3
or later because the preprocessed source will no longer compile.  I am going to
close this as WONTFIX.  We could reopen it if we got a new preprocessed source
that failed on 4.3 or later.
