Patch adding -Wl,-R,[dir] to --with-gmp/mpfr(-lib)?

Patch that adds linker flags "-Wl,-R,[dir]" to the linker flags generated by
the --with-gmp-lib, --with-gmp, --with-mpfr and --with-mpfr-lib options.
