I will be able to remove the fopencookie by using a feature which has 
been commit to PPL ((git snapshot) only a few hours ago.

So you'll need to download and rebuild the PPL library (either from its 
git repository, or forthecoming 0.10.1 or 0.11 version.

I'll probably work on that issue tomorrow monday.
