[Bug testsuite/39357] [4.4 Regression] gcc.dg/vect/vect-iv-6.c

Test case was fixed by requiring vect_int_mult instead of just vect_int
support.
This affects IA64, Alpha, and Sparc which are the platforms that support
vect_int but not vect_int_mult.
