Your patch looks fine to me and I've tested it with "make info dvi pdf"
successfully, though the documentation change should be approved by
native speakers.  Could you please send it to gcc-patches@gcc.gnu.org
list with the ChangeLog entry like as

        * doc/invoke.texi (SH Options): Document -m2a, -m2a-single
        -m2a-single-only and -m2a-nofpu.

?  BTW, for gcc-4.3 and later, you could get short explanations for
-m2a* options with 'sh-unknown-elf-gcc -ftarget-help | grep m2a'.
