[Bug boehm-gc/40478] New: boehm-gc/os_dep.c: Resource leak

I just had a look at the source file boehm-gc/os_dep.c
Around line 1103 is the source code

    myexefile = fopen(path, "rb");

It appears there is no matching call to fclose and so
a resource leak occurs.  Suggest add call to fclose.
