TODO (carried on):
- Support inverse functions as initialization expressions, when MPC is ready
- TAN(X,Y)  (= TAN2(X,Y)) - and fix wrong TAN2 description in intrinsic.texi
- BESSEL_JN and BESSEL_YN: Transitional form is missing
- NORM2 is missing
