fix file magic regex for hppa*64*

This patch fixes the file magic regex for hppa*64*.
All dependent files have to be regenerated.

This modified regex allows to detect PA-RISC shared objects with the native
HP-UX file command and with the BSD file command as of version 4.21.

Dave, can you try this on a native system?
