[Bug tree-optimization/34034] perlbmk hangs with -O2 -fno-tree-dce -fno-tree-dominator-opts

The powerpc testcase and perlbmk now pass when compiled with the options that
used to cause them to hang, for both the current 4.3 branch and mainline, so
let's call this fixed.  If anyone cares I can find out which patch fixed the
problem.
