I don't know if this is the same bug as PR 38707 but it ICEs slightly
differently.
Anyways testcase:
_Complex short foo_char (int x) {return 0; }
[andrew-pinskis-computer-2:~] apinski% ~/local-gcc/bin/gcc t.c -march=pentium-m
-da -fdump-tree-final_cleanup
t.c: In function 'foo_char':
t.c:1: internal compiler error: in expand_shift, at expmed.c:2243
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.
See <http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html> for instructions.
