I see an entry in doc/hostconfig.texi

@deftypefn {Host Hook} void * HOST_HOOKS_GT_PCH_GET_ADDRESS (size_t @var{size},
int @var{fd})

and it shows up on the GCC web site at 

http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gccint/Host-Common.html#Host-Common
