Bootstrap of gcc-4.5-2009120 resulted in an error:

--enable-threads=posix --disable-__cxa_atexit
Thread model: posix
gcc version 4.4.2 (GCC) 

gcc-4.5-20091203 was configured the same way:

./configure --build=powerpc-pc-linux-uclibc --host=powerpc-pc-linux-uclibc
--target=powerpc-pc-linux-uclibc --disable-nls --with-system-zlib
--disable-checking --disable-werror --disable-multilib --disable-libssp
--enable-languages=c,c++ --enable-shared --enable-threads=posix
--disable-__cxa_atexit

then just 'make'
