[Bug libmudflap/42279] New: libmudflap checks with the wrong CPP for execinfo.h

Libmudflap receives the host CPP to test the headers with, instead of receiving
the target CPP.
I noticed it having a linux gnu system with glibc and targetting a uclibc
linux.

I will attach a patch with the fix I used.
