but they do already appear in the bugs.f90.004t.gimple dump
[BTW, -lineno is so useful, it should be the default ;-)] 
in the code that refers to
  stride.2 = NON_LVALUE_EXPR <ubound.0>;
  stride.2 = MAX_EXPR <stride.2, 0>;
(consistent with jumping 4 times to the wrong line in gdb)
