I am not sure if it is related. Revision 146817 miscompiled 465.tonto in
SPEC CPU 2006 on Linux/ia32 with

-O3 -msse2 -mfpmath=sse -ffast-math -funroll-loops -m32

The resulting tonto binary generated the wrong result and ran VERY VERY
slow.
