[Bug c/39941] New: ice in passes.c:execute_todo()

I just tried to compile the Suse Linux package trustedgrub-1.1.3-8.27
with the GNU gcc version 4.5 snapshot 20090423.

The compiler said

boot.c:1350: internal compiler error: in execute_todo, at passes.c:1030
