[Bug c++/37649] New: [4.4 regression] ICE with invalid template class

The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline:

bug.cc:3: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault

The regression was introduced between 2008-05-13 and 2008-06-21.
