Jonathan, I'm sure you are right, but we don't keep track of all the individual
differences between TR1 stuff and C++0x stuff! There are literally thousands of
them! If you want to quickly hack a patch for this one, you are of course
welcome, but really this is not the way we are managing the implementation of
C++0x things... Maybe shared_ptr first, though ;)
