My bet would be this is a dup of PR37316.  Can you try the patch in there and
see whether it fixes these?  If not, make sure all the tests are compiled with
-DDBG (or add #define DBG 1 to the start of struct-layout-1.h) and look at what
exact failures are reported in the log.
