[Bug middle-end/37853] New: gcc.dg/vect/vect-67.c failing since PRE rewrite

This test is failing on several platforms, IA64, x86_64, and PowerPC.  On IA64
the failures started with r137631 which was the PRE rewrite.  There was some
discussion of test failures when this change went in but I didn't see any
mention of this particular test.
