[Bug c++/36128] New: [4.4 regression] ICE with invalid argument for builtin

The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline:

void foo()
{
__builtin_isless (foo, 0);
}
====================================
bug.cc: In function 'void foo()':
bug.cc:3: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]
The regression was introduced between 2008-04-19 and 2008-04-25.
Looking at the ChangeLog, the problem is likely fallout from
2008-04-24 Richard Guenther <rguenther@suse.de>
* typeck.c (cp_build_function_call): Call
check_builtin_function_arguments.
