[Bug bootstrap/35628] gcc-4.3.0 fails to build, mpfr problem, libmpfr.dylib, file is not of required architecture

This is a bug in how GMP and MPFR tries to figure out the target platform, it
tries to always build a 64bit 
library on a 64bit machine even when the default is 32bits.

Configure both GMP and MPFR with --host=powerpc-darwin .
