[Bug fortran/35539] New: g77 with -fugly-logint wrongly evaluates .eqv. statement

Using -fugly-logint with the following code gives wrong evaluation of .eqv.
statement
      program test
      Logical a, b
      a=.TRUE.
      b=.FALSE.
      if( a .eqv. b )then
        print *,'true'
      else
        print *,'false'
      end if
      end
The result is "true". Program compiled using gcc 3.4.6
 gcc -v
