The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline since today:

=============================================================
template<typename...> struct A;

template<typename...T> struct A<T*>
{
  A() {}
};
=============================================================

bug.cc:3: error: parameter packs not expanded with `...':
bug.cc:3: note:         'T'
bug.cc:4: error: parameter packs not expanded with `...':
bug.cc:4: note:         'T'
bug.cc:5: error: parameter packs not expanded with `...':
bug.cc:5: note:         'T'
bug.cc: In constructor 'A<T*>::A()':
bug.cc:5: internal compiler error: in start_preparsed_function, at
cp/decl.c:11279
Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]

Btw, the testcase is the same as in the first comment of PR32125.
