updated patch

tiny fix: libgcc-s-objects-onestep is only needed for enable_shared=yes.

Two other buglets fixed that were exposed by building libgcc with
--enable-intermodule, see second changelog below.

        * libgcc/config/libbid/bid128_div.c: Likewise.
