I tried this with gcc-4.1, 4.2, and 4.3.

If I remove the aggregate assignments such as

   Fumessage.O000X := (Pkg000W.E08EY, Aktergsatz);

from pkg001u.adb then compilation proceeds at normal memory consumption.
