It's true that having the new target not work well is embarrassing, but it's
not a regression of any kind. However, if we don't fix this, then we certainly
shouldn't brag about support for this target in the NEWS for the new release.
So, I've marked this P1 -- but we can get it down to P4 by checking that we're
not claiming support for this target, if we can't fix the defect.
