[Bug fortran/38672] New: ICE during build with versions 4.3.2 and 4.4-20081226

The attached archive (Makefile, 2 source files, and output from gfortran -v)
yields an ICE during build with versions 4.3.2 and 4.4-20081226 (but not
version 4.1.2 20070925 (Red Hat 4.1.2-27)).
