With a little tweaking the testcase compiles under GCC 4.3.x or even GCC 4.4.0.
It compiles fine without crash using "-O -fopenmp" and "-O3 -fopenmp".
So the bug is really fixed in GCC 4.3.0 and up.

This looks really like a duplicate of PR33361.
