[Bug middle-end/38633] New: [4.4 regression] ICE with #pragma omp parallel and struct declaration

The following valid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline when compiled
with "-fopenmp":

#pragma omp parallel
  {
    struct A;
  }
}
========================================
