[Bug c/38608] New: ice for legal code with -O3

I just tried to compile the Suse Linux package dialog-1.1-27.19
with the GNU C compiler version 4.4 snapshot 20081219.

calendar.c: In function 'dialog_calendar':

tree-ssa-pre.c:3131
