Found error cause.

By changing line:
const static unsigned long      N =     1000000000;
to 
const static unsigned long      N =     100000000; 

I was able to compile.  I recall that I’ve seen this error in the past
too when I had similar const signed variable with negative value when it was
used as array declaration for dimension size.
