[Bug fortran/37228] New: F2008: Support g0.<d> edit descriptor

g0 was added in PR 36420 following the Fortran 2008 candidate draft; based on
the public comments, J3 agreed on supporting also g0.<d> besides only g0.

Note: The ISO member ballot comments arrive 2008-10 and the WG5 resolution
